Is a functionality of the Portal suddenly not working anymore? Or do you see that newly added functionalities are not working on your computer? Then you probably need to clear the cache of your web browser.
The cache of your web browser saves content of websites on your computer. This makes it faster to visit the same website since your browser doesn’t need to download all the information again. This is very helpful, especially when your internet connection is a bit slow.
AgroCares regularly updates the Portal and includes new functionalities. If you still have an older version of our Portal stored in your cache, then the older Portal will be loaded instead of the new one. This can cause trouble on the Portal elements that were updated. The simple solution is to clear your browsers cache.
