My report does not arrive, what do I do?

Under normal working conditions, a report should be generated within 21 seconds after uploading the scans. If you're scanning offline, then please be reminded to synchronize the app after being connected again to internet. You should receive your report within 1-2 minutes after synchronization. Be aware that your internet connection needs to be stable enough to allow a quick refresh for the new arrival of data. 

Unpaid reports are also not downloaded to your phone. Check if there is enough credit available. Your report should arrive after your credits have been updated.
