We strongly advise you not to use other apps while scanning. Using multiple apps on your smartphone while scanning may interrupt the performance of the AgroCares or the customized app that you are using. Therefore, we ask you to close all working apps on your smartphone before starting an AgroCares app or a customized app.
Bluetooth connection interrupted
Please stay in the Scanner app while you are scanning a sample. When you leave the app to check WhatsApp or your email for example, then the Bluetooth connection between Scanner and app gets interrupted. If this is the case, your current scan will fail and you will need to reconnect Scanner and smartphone by pressing the Bluetooth symbol.
After this, you can continue working. In some cases reconnecting is not enough to continue scanning. If you experience this then you can restart the Scanner, then reconnect and return to scanning your sample.
Checking other apps takes extra scanning time
So, checking your mail, reading the news from your phone or opening other apps during the scanning process will interrupt your analysis. It will then take you much longer to finalize your order.
