Using multiple apps on your smartphone while scanning, may interrupt the functioning of the AgroCares or customized app. We therefore strongly advice to close all working apps before starting the AgroCares or customized app.
Please always stay in the scanner app while you are scanning a sample. Do not leave the app to check WhatsApp, your email, or any other application. When you leave the app then the Bluetooth connection between scanner and app gets interrupted. Your current scan will fail and you might even have to restart the scanner before you can continue to work.
So, checking WhatsApp, reading the news from your phone or to open any kind of other app during the scanning process will interrupt your analysis and it will take you much longer to finalize your order.
