Does my scanner work with iOS - apple phones?

Please check the side of your scanner. There you will see the scanner ID of your device. The scanner ID looks like this: SC_001E or SC0000E. Its the last digit that you need to check. If its an E or higher then your scanner is suitable to be used on iOS phones. All E-series that were purchased after April 2019 are equipped with the software that allows to run on both Android and iOS phones. If your E-series was purchased before April 2019 then it needs to be upgraded in order to run on iOS. If you are interested in this upgrade then place submit a request to our support team.
