Does my license work with Android or iOS phones?

Yes, your license will work with both Android and iOS phones. Your license is connected to your account and valid on whichever phone you use to sign-in.

When you switch between phone types, then make sure that you logout first via the logout function in the account menu of your app. After logging out you reset the scanner by swiping the charger cable over the reset spot on your scanner. The scanner should be on when you reset but should not be in the startup process.
