Does the app give you the message that a license is missing, but you are certain that your license is still valid? Then probably your internet connection failed when the app checked your account. Our applications always check which licenses you have available at the moment you login. The app also checks your licenses occasionally when you are already logged into the app.
If you work with an unstable internet connection, then it can happen that your connection failed at the moment that the app did the check. The result is that the app did not retrieve a confirmation that the license is available. You will receive a message from the app that the license is missing, and you won’t be able to continue to work.
What to do?
- Please make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Logout from the app
- Login again
- Repeat if needed
Please be aware that logging out with an unstable connection can lead to another issue: Already logged in on another device
