You entered your license code and received the message that your license is invalid.
What to do?
Did you ever use this license before?
Then there is nothing wrong. A license code can only be used once. After that the license has been activated for the user account for the full duration of the license period. It is not needed to enter a license code a second time. If you experienced that your license is expired while it should still be valid, then please check this article: Missing license
Is this the first time that you enter this license?
Then please check the following things:
- Did you use caps or small letters? Our licenses are case-sensitive
- Does the license code contain characters such as i I, l, L, 1, o, O, 0? Then you might have mixed them up. Copy the license code to a Notepad document to check if you got the characters right.
- Please check if you accidentally added a space after the license code
- Are you using the correct app? Agrocares offers several apps. A license is only valid for one specific application.
