What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please check the track and trace code, which has been send to you by E-mail. Parcels are handled by DHL, they should be able to inform you about the current location of your parcel. If this is not the case, please contact us via the ‘Submit a request’ button on the top right of this page.
