How do I order in the webshop? – SoilCares

1. Create an account

Before you start buying the new scanner and/or subscription, you first need to create an account.Via the webshop (https://webshop.agrocares.com/) you will be able to create a new user account and purchase a subscription of your choice.

The registration process for a new user takes the following steps:

Go to the webshop.
Sign up as a new user.
Fill in all mandatory fields:
- Your filled in address will also be your shipping address, unless you want to change it. Changing your shipping address is possible afterwards in your account details.
- Your entered email address is your login name for the app.
- Your created password in the webshop is your password in the app.
- After login to the webshop, you can select the products you need to buy (scanner and/or licence).

2. Buy licence

The licences are provided in different categories and are available in limited countries. Depending on your IP address only licences and apps that are available in your country are shown in the webshop and on google playstore. If the licence and the app is not shown and you are interested please get in touch with us via our contact form (click here) to our newsletter and we will keep you updated.

To buy licences, please follow the few steps below:

Select the licence of your choice and add it to your shopping list.
Go to your shopping basket and checkout.
Select the payment method that you want to use (credit card or bank transfer).
Tick the check boxes and place your order.

Note: After completing the payment, your will receive a confirmation email of your order with one or more license key's (depending on how much is bought) to be entered in your mobile application.

Activate Notes:

It is required to have a valid license before you can use the scanner.
The webshop account is a different account than the one needed to use the scanner.
Create a new account via the application to activate your license.
One license key is valid for one user account
