Synchronization is a functionality in the application. This functionality enables the user to push or pull data from the system. Synchronization can be used or is automatically performed in the following scenarios when:
- Logging into the application
- Uploading scanned data
- Downloading/ receiving reports in the application.
Synchronization can fail for several reasons:
- No internet connection.
The user needs to have an active internet connection on their phones to be able to synchronize.
- Multiple devices are logged into the same account.
To avoid use of 1 license in more than one device, AgroCares placed a restriction that blocks another user from synchronizing their data. This is explained in image
Fix: to fix this, when the user clicks on ok, they are automatically logged out of the app. If they try to log back into the app, they will receive instructions to log out the 2nd device. This cycle will go on indefinitely.
To solve this issue, the user needs to find the devise logged into the same license as them and ask them to log out or coordinate the use of the license to avoid this repeating cycle.
