Activating or using multiple licenses

Each AgroCares product requires a license key. When a user has more than one license, i.e., they want to access more than one AgroCares product, then they are issued with a different license key. Each of these keys needs to be activated and a product selected in the drop down that appears in the log in page.

AgroCares products are shown in image  below.

Note: even though a user has multiple license keys, the email/account attached to these keys can only still be used in one device at a time.

To activate these licenses, proceed as follows.​

• Log in​
• Prompt to enter a product key.
• Enter product Key​ or
• Redeem from the orange button highlighted in the image.

To renew a license and you are already logged in,

• Proceed to next.​
• Or navigate to account page, licenses and redeem the license from this point.​

To enter product key 2 in the same account:​

• Log out of the app​.
• Log back in​.
• Redeem license​.
• Select product you want to scan with​.
• Proceed to next​.

NB: you can also redeem your license from the portal.
